Mark's Recommendation:   I have installed just about every kind of shower seat that exists today.  This particular seat I consider to be the best from many standpoints.  I will substitute the grab bar that the seats hangs off of with a Gorilla Bar so that all the bars will match in your shower.  The seat is heavy duty, very sturdy, best of materials and workmanship.
