This is my most popular and affordable upscale grab bar. It comes with a "peened" surface to enhance your grip when your hands are soapy. The peened finish is far superior to the Moen peened bar. I personally install all my bars and products myself. I do not subcontract anything out. Grab Bars can be tricky to install, it normally takes about 45 minutes to install a grab bar correctly. I have seen many handyman take a half a day to install one bar and they are still not done right. I use all stainless steel anchors and components when installing my bars and I always silicone the mounting brackets to prevent moisture from reaching behind the wall.
